




Kemet Foundation School is on a farm in a rural area about 15km from the town of Nsawam in the Eastern Region of Ghana. It covers the nursery, primary and junior secondary levels. The Kemet Foundation School is an integrated concept that aims also to be a model of sustainable community development and a centre of scholarly excellence.
Motto: Our Children Our Future
The school serves families from low income farming communities. For the parents KFS is a valuable resource. It offers their children a good standard of basic education in a locality where provision is insufficient. The school motto reflects community sentiment about the school. Families recognise education as the key to progress and development. In a deprived community KFS represents a positive step into the future.

Every year the school grows and gets better. We are making great strides forward in performance and results. The Kemet Foundation School was founded in 1996. There are about 250 KFS children in all.
